The mini-step: one thing you can do tonight

Big plans fall apart at 3am. One small, specific step usually doesn’t. Here’s how Romeo’s mini-steps work.

When you’re running on broken sleep, advice in lists of ten doesn’t help. One small thing you can actually do today usually does. That’s what a mini-step is.

Small, specific, today

A mini-step is one action, specific enough to do today, tied to what you said matters. It lands on a card under Romeo’s words. Tap Done, or Not now if it doesn’t fit.

Four lanes

  • For you: sixty seconds to reset before you walk back in.

  • With the baby: take the next nappy, start to finish.

  • With her: ask one open question, then listen without fixing.

  • At home: own one job completely, like the bins.

Did that help?

After Done, one tap tells Romeo whether it helped. He uses it to learn what works for you. It’s never a score, and nobody else sees it.
