Privacy notice for the waitlist

This page explains what happens to the email address you leave on the Elmest waitlist. It covers the waitlist only. The Elmest app will have its own privacy policy before it launches.
What we collect
The email address you type, the language of the page you used, and the moment you joined. Nothing else. No name, no phone number, no account.
Why we collect it
To write to you once when Elmest is ready, and, if you agree at that point, to invite you to test it. We do not send newsletters, and we never pass your address to anyone else.
Where it is kept
On Framer’s form service and on Google Firebase (Google Cloud), in the project that will run Elmest. Both process it on our behalf under their own data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Until Elmest launches and you have been told, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first, and in any case no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by writing to hello@elmest.app. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your data protection authority.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising scripts. Fonts are served from the site itself.
