Built from twenty years of listening to families.
Made by N. Lacroix, founder of Bloomest, after twenty years caring for children and the people around them.

Why a space for the partner?
Bloomest began with mothers: a private place, with Laurence, for a season no one prepares them for. But in every family there is someone else in the room.
Recent reviews describe fathers and non-birthing partners as a forgotten part of postpartum care: expected to support the mother, and given very little information or support themselves. Roughly one father in ten goes through depression in the year around a birth, and it often doesn’t look like sadness.
So in September 2026, N. proposed Elmest. Not a men’s version of Bloomest, but a place where a dad feels seen, finds words for what is happening, takes one useful next step, and reaches a human early when he needs one.
“I came for the children. I stayed for the mothers.”

Elmest is for the one standing beside them.
